MKM FINANCE ACADEMY – Now recruiting talented individuals to be part of this brand new programme that redefines our approach to Finance careers with MKM.
Lasting 3 Years, The Successful Candidates Will Benefit From

About You
- You’ll be Curious, Resilient, Adaptable, Innovative, Tenacious and a Team Player and:
- Have an excellent standard of numeracy & literacy and be serious about carving out a career in Finance.
- Prepared to get stuck into the job whilst studying to gain your professional qualification within 3 years.
- Be focussed on kick starting your career but have half an eye on the future (The MKM FINANCE ACADEMY forms part of our succession plans!)
- Live within a commutable distance of Hull, East Yorkshire, or be willing to relocate to an area commutable to Hull.
Other
Starting salary: £28,500 with a structured pay framework attracted increases as learning & performance progresses.
Contract type: Full time (40 hr) permanent.
Location: Initially, full time on-site in Hull, potentially leading to hybrid.
