Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Advisor based in Kingston Upon Hull. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of parts inquiries, maintaining proper inventory control, and coordinating the timely supply of parts to technicians and customers. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting the dealership team in achieving performance goals.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience for all clients.
• Proficiency in Dealer Management systems and tools for tracking and managing parts and orders effectively.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate with customers in a professional and effective manner.
• Inventory Control skills to manage stock levels, monitor incoming and outgoing parts, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
