What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities
• Supporting wellbeing, independence, and dignity
• Helping create a warm, engaging, and positive home environment
• Working as part of a friendly, professional care team
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante’s Eden Alternative Philosophy

About You

• Kind, dependable, and compassionate
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• A team player with good communication skills
• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
• Have a genuine passion for improving residents’ lives
