Working alongside experienced clinical and client care colleagues, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

General Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients to the practice
• Answer telephone enquiries and book appointments
• Manage reception and administrative duties
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Support the veterinary team with day-to-day practice operations
• Deliver exceptional customer care at all times

Working Pattern

• Part-time permanent position
• 3 days per week
• Shift patterns between 8:30am and 6:30pm
• Flexibility to provide additional cover during annual leave and other absences is essential
