Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists is a multidisciplinary referral centre based in Ringwood, Hampshire, offering a wide range of specialist veterinary services. We have recognised specialists in the fields of anaesthesia, cardiology, dermatology, internal medicine, oncology, opthalmology, neurology, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging, spinal surgery, soft tissue surgery. We also have an animal rehabilitationteam.
How You’ll Make a Difference
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic administrator to join our client accounts team. We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration. They must strive on attention to detail and fit into a friendly team of four other administrators. This is a fast paced working environment and the ideal candidate must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
The role will include liaising with our clinicians on client accounts and being heavily involved with the debtor management of the Practice including pricing client accounts, issuing client invoices, processing insurance claims, inputting payments, cashing up, Bacs payments and other office duties. You will need to be confident in talking to clients on the telephone about their account and discussing payment options with them in sometimes sensitive situations.
You will also be a financial point of contact for our clients both on the telephone and in person. To ensure robust and financially-sound decision-making, striving at all times to continually improve quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Working Pattern
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends or bank holidays.
