Parts Manager Wanted

Location: Inverness

Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Manager to join their highly successful team at our Multi Franchise site in Inverness.

If you are self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.

To Be Successful You Will

Have parts supervisor or management experience.

Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.

Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.

Be able to align your teams goals with the company’s overall objectives.

Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Be IT literate (knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage).

Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.

Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.

Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

A full clean driving licence is also desirable.
