Operations Coordinator

deVOL Kitchens is one of the leading and most highly regarded kitchen companies in the UK, with manufacturing and design offices based in Leicestershire, London, New York and Los Angeles.
We are seeking an organised, reliable, and self-sufficient individual to join the growing deVOL team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our Shop Operations function, ensuring the efficient flow of orders through our workshop and wider operations processes.
This is a full-time, office-based position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a structured and fast-moving workshop environment. We would love you to have a flexible and adaptable approach to supporting the ongoing development of the business.
Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily order processing and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, replenishment, and reporting
- Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
- Coordinate clearly between workshop and office teams to support the smooth flow of kitchen orders
- Maintain accurate documentation relating to shipments, returns, and operational activity
- Assist with customs paperwork for international deliveries
- Support process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy across Shop Operations
- Uphold high standards of organisation, quality control, and adherence to company processes
- Provide support to team members as required during busy operational periods
We would love for you to have:
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, stock control, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Self-motivated and dependable, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using standard office systems (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
- Familiarity with stock control and reporting processes
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who feel confident stepping into a busy operational environment and contributing from day one.
While you will receive full support and training, this position is intended to grow over time, with increasing responsibility as your experience and confidence develop within the team.
In return, we offer a competitive salary starting from £28,000 per annum (based on experience), and during your first year, you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals.
