How You'll Shape Our Success

As a Senior Change Manager, you are a commercial consultant and the strategic lead for change on Beyond’s most complex technology and digital transformation programmes. You will own the end-to-end change approach—from scoping and strategy through to adoption and benefits realisation—acting as the primary change advisor to our enterprise clients.

At this level, you move beyond task execution to actively shape the commercial success of the practice. You will contribute to pre-sales, write Statements of Work, and identify upsell opportunities. Crucially, you will own the overarching training strategy for your projects, conducting advanced Training Needs Analyses and directing our internal Training Practice to execute the enablement. You will also pioneer adoption strategies for emerging technologies and elevate the entire team by mentoring Core and Junior Change Managers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Consultancy & Delivery: Lead and manage complex, end-to-end Change Management projects (e.g., large enterprise cloud migrations or specialised AI/Data rollouts). Act as the primary, trusted change advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Training Integration & Strategy: Own the overarching learning and enablement strategy for complex projects. Conduct advanced Training Needs Analyses and partner with the internal Beyond's Training team to direct required learning interventions and outcomes.
  • Commercial Impact: Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts. Scope change and training requirements for new opportunities, contribute heavily to the drafting of Statements of Work, and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Pioneer and design adoption strategies for emerging technologies. Identify ways to automate workflows (internal or client-facing) to increase delivery efficiency.
  • Mentorship & Quality: Mentor, guide, and peer-review the work of Core and Junior team members, taking an active role in elevating the overall craft and capability of the Change Management practice.
  • Methodology Application: Apply and adapt structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to fit highly complex client contexts and drive measurable ROI.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end change management workstreams on complex technology, digital, or cloud transformation programmes.
  • Solid commercial awareness, with demonstrated experience contributing to pre-sales pitches, proposals, Statements of Work, and identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Experience owning strategic enablement, including conducting complex Training Needs Analyses and directing training delivery resources.
  • Strong command of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) with the ability to tailor approaches to specific client cultures and technology stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop less experienced change management colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with an approach focused on tracking change adoption data and optimising programme performance.

Desirable Experience:

  • Deep experience working within the Google Cloud ecosystem (Google Workspace, GCP).
  • Experience designing adoption or change strategies specifically for AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI).
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Advanced, APMG Change Management Practitioner).
