About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our staff team as lunchtime supervisors. This position involves the care and supervision of students during lunchtime in the canteen and outside social areas, working with a team of teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of our students.
Previous experience of working with young people is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team are essential.
The successful candidates will

- Have good communication skills
- Be flexible and able to work as part of a team
- Be sympathetic to the needs of young people

Salary: BET Support Staff pay scale Grade 2A-2B
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, term time only
Hours: 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
