Position: Assistant Greenkeeper

Reports To: Course Manager

The Role

• You will support the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the golf course and surrounding facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general course maintenance including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain equipment to high standards.
• Assist with projects such as aeration, seeding, turfing, and landscaping.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and maintenance facilities.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
• Be flexible with working hours to meet seasonal demands.

Working Conditions

• Outdoor role in all weather conditions, involving regular physical activity.
