Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated, professional and customer focused individual to join our busy estate agency team as a Sales Negotiator.

The role will include:

• Registering applicants & arranging viewings
• Client communication & sales negotiation
• Sales progression & business generation
• Assisting with marketing & social media
• General office administration

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent people & communication skills
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Be confident building relationships & generating new business
• Be organised, proactive & professional
• Work well as part of a small team

Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential
