Symonds & Sampson LLP seeks a Qualified Surveyor to join our expanding Commercial department. The role will be based in our established Wimborne office, where a new commercial office will be created to support a growing client base in the eastern region of our operations. The role is a superb opportunity to build on a growing business and offers an incredibly varied role enabling the successful candidate to manage the eastern region’s commercial business, which is active in all aspects of commercial surveying.
Key Responsibilities
This will include, but not be limited to:
- Purchase and sale of commercial property
- Leasing and letting of commercial property
- Landlord and Tenant related matters, acting for either landlords or tenants
- Valuation for banks, private individuals, probate and general tax planning
- General professional advice for commercial clients
- Commercial Property/Estate Management
This is a diverse and interesting role offering exciting career prospects for the right candidate.
Essential Skills
- MRICS/AssocRICS Qualified
- Registered Valuer
- Full UK Driving license
Experience
Proven experience in commercial surveying and agency is essential.

The Role
Starting Date - As soon as possible, but negotiable for the right candidate
Full Time - 9:00 am to 5:30 pm weekdays
Salary - A competitive salary dependent on experience, in the region of £50,000 pa, with OTE potential
The Office - Our Wimborne office is situated just off the Market Square in the centre of Wimborne, close to shops and eateries. It is home to Residential Sales, Rural and Professional departments.
