About the Role
As a Digital Optimisation Manager, you will lead the global optimisation development capability, driving improvements in digital performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with optimisation platforms.
- Embedding best-practice testing frameworks.
- Enabling business units to scale their experimentation programmes.
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Defining optimisation roadmaps.
- Leading test ideation.
- Ensuring consistent governance across all testing activity.
- Managing and developing a team of optimisation specialists.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in conversion optimisation and digital customer journeys.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital optimisation, CRO, or experimentation-led roles.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely or similar platforms).
- Technical capability in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience building and prioritising digital roadmaps focused on customer experience.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across markets.
- Previous team management or leadership experience.
- Experience in a customer-centric or e-commerce environment.
- A passion for experimentation and continuous improvement will be highly beneficial.

Pay range and compensation package
- Up to 65K + 20% bonus
