We're looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team, supporting a portfolio of customer accounts and helping deliver an outstanding customer experience from order through to delivery.
The role
Working Monday - Friday, 0900-1700 as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships through accurate order processing, effective communication and proactive problem solving. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and service expectations are consistently met.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Support a portfolio of customer accounts, including more complex requirements and service agreements
- Process customer orders accurately and oversee fulfilment through to delivery
- Complete Customer Complaint Forms (CCFs) and support effective issue resolution
- Provide product and service guidance to customers, supporting informed decision making
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, Sales and other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer data, documentation and reporting within internal systems
- Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction
What do we want from you?
- Previous experience within a customer service, sales support or account management role
- Experience working within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG environments would be advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
