O’Regan Sales Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business building a

high-performance outbound sales operation focused on the UK SME market.

We are looking for confident, resilient and ambitious outbound sales professionals to join a structured,

KPI-driven sales environment.

This is not a customer service role.

This is a high-activity outbound B2B sales position.

The Role

• Contacting UK businesses by phone

• Identifying decision makers

• Qualifying opportunities

• Booking appointments for the senior sales team

• Speaking with SMEs and business owners across multiple sectors

• Working within a KPI-driven sales environment

Responsibilities

• Outbound B2B cold calling

• Booking appointments and demonstrations

• Managing CRM activity and follow-up

• Achieving daily and weekly KPIs

• Maintaining accurate pipeline notes

• Working closely with sales management

What We’re Looking For

• Confident telephone manner

• Resilient and self-motivated

  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a structured sales environment

• Previous telesales or lead generation experience preferred

Salary & Package

Basic Salary £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
