The Role: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

You’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on complex and high‑value matters, including:

• Adverse possession
• Breaches of covenant
• Rights to light
• Professional negligence
• Boundary disputes & nuisance
• Rights of way & party wall issues
• Trespass & title disputes
• Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture & repossession
• Lease renewals & termination
• Rent reviews, service charge disputes & tenant default

About You

We’re looking for a solicitor with:

• 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
• Confidence managing your own caseload
• A commercial, client‑focused approach
• The ability to deliver strategic, tailored advice in a collaborative environment
