What does the role involve?
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build relationships with new clients through business development and cold calling
- Source and qualify candidates for specialist technical roles
- Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Become a market specialist and build your personal brand
- Negotiate deals and earn commission on every placement
- Run your own desk like a business within the business
