Senior Product Owner – Wealth Management

We are working with an established fintech within the wealth management, investment and stockbroking industry who are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join as a Subject Matter Expert in Wealth Management Solutions.

You will get involved in a variety of products for their customers such as but not limited to Corp Actions, Portfolio, Client Management, UK Regulatory & Tax Reporting, Dividends and Custody & Reconciliations.

• Support customer implementations and the engineering team.
• Work closely together with our implementation consultants in documenting, deploying and configuring our solution - green field implementations or upgrades.
• Translate customer business requirements into product specifications detailing enhancements and extensions to our product.
• Conduct analysis and gather requirements for new product features/functionality.
• Manage the backlog and define user stories.
• Get involved in the full development and product life cycle.
• Represent the company being a key point of contact in relation with customers.
• Organise and participate in regular customer status meetings.
• Handle customer calls and incidents in collaboration with involved parties.
• Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction and report on it to the management.
• Get involved and attend in fintech industry events, conferences or meetups.

You will work with a Fintech in growth and as a Product Owner/SME, you will have a great opportunity to provide leadership skills, enthusiasm, and high standards of work through collaboration across the whole organisation.
