HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver

ADVANCE CONSTRUCTION - HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers (x3)

Due to continued growth, the Advance Group are currently recruiting skilled and safety-conscious HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join our team.

You will be operating a tipper vehicle delivering aggregates and construction materials, carrying out muck away, and supporting site deliveries across Scotland. This is a physically active role requiring good awareness of site safety and driving regulations.

Duties

Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

Transporting aggregate materials, hardcore, and soils to/from construction and civils sites

Safe operation of tipper mechanism

Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and logs

Adhering to all road transport and site safety regulations

Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients and site teams

Requirements

Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card

Previous experience with tipper vehicles preferred

Good knowledge of site safety rules and transport regulations

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

No more than 6 points on licence – no DR, DD or IN convictions
