Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (No weekends)

Greenfield Insurance Brokers is a growing independent brokerage based in Segensworth. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Insurance Account Handler to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clients' insurance requirements, primarily for Property Owners and SME business clients. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing client accounts from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
  • Handling insurance arrangements for Property Owners and SME commercial clients.
  • Providing claims guidance and support, helping clients achieve prompt and successful claim settlements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensuring clients have appropriate and adequate insurance cover for their individual exposures.
  • Providing accurate and professional insurance advice in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Working closely with insurers and clients to deliver excellent service and outcomes.

About You

  • Has previous insurance experience, ideally within commercial insurance.
  • Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Is committed to delivering high standards of client service.
