What you’ll be doing

Winning new business every month

Circa £500k per year

Driving YoY growth in existing customers

Building strong partnerships across trade, commercial & retail

Introducing new product ranges and leading price increases

Strengthening Sternfenster’s brand in the UK market

This role is for you if

You have proven success in UPVC / building products / fenestration sales

You’re commercially sharp, confident, and customer-focused

You thrive on targets, growth, and accountability
