The Shore Group have been appointed on behalf of a highly respected Commercial Design and Build business, recognised for delivering high-quality, design-led projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Set clear direction, pace, and priorities across the business
• Lead, coach, and elevate the leadership team to full accountability
• Drive revenue growth through active client engagement and market presence
• Bring structure and consistency to a fast-paced, project-led environment
• Improve performance across delivery, commerciality, and operations
• Establish simple, scalable processes across projects, people, and financials
• Act as the connecting force between shareholders, leadership, and teams

The successful candidate will bring experience aligned to the following:

• Proven CEO / MD / COO / Divisional Leader within fit-out, construction, or project-led environments
• Background in fit-out, construction, or project-led environments
• Track record of growing, transforming, or scaling a business or business unit
• Delivered revenue growth through client wins, account expansion
• Owned full P&L, improving margins, costs, and profitability
• Led improvement in fit-out delivery performance (programme certainty, bid turnaround, utilisation)
