Transform Young Lives Through Meaningful Mentorship

Join our Gateway to Achieve project and directly impact the futures of young people aged 16-25 in Sandwell who face significant barriers to employment. You will be providing person-centred mentoring that builds confidence, improves wellbeing, and develops essential skills for sustainable employment.

What You'll Be Doing

Based at our West Bromwich Youth Hub in partnership with the DWP, you will deliver tailored support that makes a real difference. Working collaboratively with local services, employers and community organisations, you'll monitor progress and empower young people to achieve their goals.
