ROLE: Multiskilled Shift Engineer

HOURS: 4 days on and 4 days off (full-time)

LOCATION: Dudley

We're looking for a Multiskilled Shift Engineer who will work with our Mitie client within a hospital environment, delivering a multi-skilled maintenance service across electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Role Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the hospital.
Complete repairs, modifications, and installations as required.
Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures and site standards.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant equipment, and controls.
Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and procedures.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and keen to develop skills.
Professional, respectful, and confident in raising safety concerns.
