The main purpose of this role is to sit within the Sales support team to bridge the process between sales and operations, along with the support of the sales team.

This role will be responsible for a number of tasks including the creation of install packs, Contract reviewing orders, box shift, customer service and internal support to both our sales teams across the business.

Sales support provide a wide range of services both directly to external customers and to both sales teams, project managers and technical designers.

Main Duties

    Support CRM system and making sure proper utilisation by all users

    Supporting communication with customers both inbound and outbound where necessary by telephone or email

    Liaise with vendors to provide quotes for the sales team

    Updating the company CRM system on general customer details and the status all quotes and tenders

    Preparing Sales quotes for customers

    Take ownership of sales teams issues or needs to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion

    Answer sales queries on Price, availability, and specification of equipment

    Provide quotes for small installations not requiring project management

    Chasing up outstanding equipment and small install quotations

    Processing purchase orders received

    Assisting the technical designers and sales team to assemble the project information (quotes, schematics site survey information etc.) from a successful quote/tender for hand-over to the project manager

    Calling customers to assist the marketing department to promote specific offers or exhibitions/events

    Dealing with loan equipment

Requirements

    Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

    Ideally, demonstrated experience in sales administration or administrative support roles.

    Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software applications quickly.

    Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.

    Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

    Knowledge of Managed Print & AV (desirable)
