About the role

We are seeking a proactive, confident and highly motivated Careers and Enterprise Manager to play a key role in shaping and enhancing AUB’s employability and enterprise agenda, shaping a forward‑looking vision that empowers students to thrive in dynamic creative industries.

The role has overarching responsibility for leading an integrated portfolio of initiatives that enhance students’ employability, enterprise capability and graduate prospects. The post holder will coordinate and deliver innovative, inclusive and future‑aligned activities that build students’ adaptability, creative leadership and industry‑readiness, empowering them to meet emerging workforce needs and contribute to the future shape of creative sectors.

The successful candidate will have experience of designing and delivering relevant resources, workshops, or learning activities, particularly in an enterprise or employability context, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to build successful professional relationships and effective stakeholder links.

Candidates will have appropriate qualifications and experience of collaborative working with a wide range of stakeholders.

This position supports hybrid working, however due to its student-facing responsibilities, on-site attendance requirements and remote working arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.

In meeting your performance expectations, you’ll receive an annual salary increase in line with the grade of your role. An annual cost of living uplift will be applied, the timing and implementation of which are subject to the University’s decision.
