The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement in the technology industry, with a focus on AI and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered job search and hiring platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including talent, employers, and partners, to drive business growth and improvement.

• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on AI and software development.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging AI and technology to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and overseeing the development and implementation of AI-powered job search and hiring platforms, with a strong understanding of technology and software development.

• Strong technical skills, including experience with AI and software development, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including talent, employers, and partners.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on technology and software development, and a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
