Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a bench of full-time and contract technical professionals assigned to client projects in AI infrastructure and software development.

• Align bench staff deployment with project timelines and client requirements to minimize downtime and maximize resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
