About The Role
Working with the global market-leading TENA brand, you will be responsible for both winning new business and growing existing accounts across Acute and Home Delivery channels.
This is a highly varied role where you’ll partner with clinicians, supporting them to select the most appropriate continence solutions to deliver the best outcomes for patients, customers and Essity.
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting into the Regional Sales Manager. This is a regional role covering Home Care and Acute across the following areas: Shropshire, Hereford & Worcester, Bristol, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire.

What You Will Do
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs within the Home Delivery (primary care) sector
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the acute setting
- Deliver engaging product and educational training both remotely and face-to-face
- Use CRM tools and customer segmentation to plan and manage your territory effectively
- Develop and execute Territory Business Plans, tracking and optimising performance
- Leverage marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales outcomes
- Analyse monthly performance data to identify growth opportunities, risks and trends
Who You Are
You’ll bring a strong mix of clinical understanding and commercial focus, with a passion for delivering better patient outcomes.
Ideally, you are:
- A confident relationship builder and communicator
- Commercially driven with a proactive sales mindset
- Highly organised with strong planning skills
- A confident presenter and trainer
- Analytical and comfortable working with data
- Skilled at influencing a variety of stakeholders
- Experienced in delivering engaging virtual sessions (e.g. via Teams)
- Bringing clinical experience, knowledge or background ideally from a clinical nursing background
You will need to live within the territory and be able to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is required.
