Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for a contractual team within an AI-powered technology platform. This role involves coordinating workflows, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring alignment with platform policies. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and external stakeholders on operational matters.

• Maintain compliance with platform policies, including data privacy and vendor agreements, by conducting regular audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in operations management, preferably in a tech or gig economy platform.

• Strong working knowledge of data privacy regulations and vendor management best practices.

• Proven ability to track and document team performance metrics with accuracy and transparency.

• Experience designing and delivering training sessions for contractors or temporary staff.

• Familiarity with AI-powered job matching platforms is beneficial but not required.
