• Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and reporting systems.

• Experience with workforce scheduling, performance tracking, and client communication in B2B or gig-economy platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field.
