We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful applicant will play a key role supporting the Head of Access and Performance managing the team of RTT Data Quality Validators and Trackers and ensure that data is validated at all points on the patients’ pathways in line with RTT Suite of Rules. To support data collection, attendance, and delivery in key meetings

This post will be a key role in supporting and assisting the Trust to achieve the 18 Week targets set by the Government that electronically tracks the care delivered to each patient during their visits to the Trust.

Reporting to the Head of Access and Performance, the post holder will work with key operational colleagues to manage and co-ordinate delivery of 18 weeks, prospectively tracking patients through their 18-week journey, highlighting exceptions and issues of concern as appropriate. The post holder will also provide 18 weeks’ knowledge, support, guidance and training to staff across the Trust.

  • This post will form part of the RTT Data Quality Team.
  • The post holder will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of RTT validators and trackers to ensure that the Referral to Treatment Time is accurately recorded.
  • This role requires liaison with colleagues across the Trust from all disciplines and supports excellent clinical service to the patients. The post holder will have a good working knowledge and understanding of the 18-week RTT National Standards.
  • The post holder will work closely with the Head of Access and Performance to support the preparation and were required the delivery within key meetings.
  • The Post holder will deputise for the Head of Access and Performance in times of absence.
  • This post will play a key role in supporting the Head of Access and Performance in checking and signing off any relevant submissions.
  • Support the Head of Access and Performance in developing and maintaining the Trust’s Access Policy
