Healthcare Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid | UK-Based (50% Office / 50% Field & Home-Based)

Salary: £60,000+, End of Year Bonus Opportunity & Car Allowance

We are seeking a commercially focused and strategic Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our UK & Ireland marketing strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing medical device company and play a key role in driving product adoption, market growth, healthcare professional engagement, and new patient acquisition across our key therapy areas.

Working closely with commercial, clinical, product development, and sales teams, you will generate market insights, support product innovation, manage product launches, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that improve outcomes for patients living with chronic medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the UK & Ireland marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Support business growth, product adoption, and new patient acquisition targets.
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches and development opportunities.
• Generate market insights through customer, competitor, and market analysis.
• Develop value propositions, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate congresses, educational events, and clinical engagement programmes.
• Support sales enablement through training, tools, and marketing resources.
• Manage marketing budgets and work cross-functionally to support commercial success.

Essential

• 3–5 years' experience in healthcare, medical device, product management, or marketing roles.
• Experience managing product launches and commercial marketing activities.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Clinical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing value propositions and marketing strategies.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable

• Experience within Renal, Cancer, Vascular Access, or related therapy areas.
• Medical device sales, healthcare solutions sales, or clinical consulting experience.
• Experience working with NHS, clinical, and payer stakeholders.
• Experience delivering healthcare professional education programmes and KOL engagement activities.
