Role: Operations Support Administrator (FTC)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Location: Bardon Hill Coalville

We're looking for an Operations Support Administrator who will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of site operations while supporting key business functions.

Role Responsibilities

• Support stock control processes, including chemical ordering, stock takes, and inventory tracking
• Assist in maintaining ISO quality documentation and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate raw materials, including booking in/out and managing third-party storage requests
• Provide administrative support across planning, customer services, and operational teams
• Maintain health & safety standards on-site, supporting the H&S business partner where required

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• Experience working in an office administration or similar role
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of SAGE or similar systems would be advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of business operations with good commercial awareness
