Banny's Fish & Chip Restaurant is famous for serving delicious, high-quality food in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Members to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.

Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Banny’s, working in a variety of roles to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. From taking food and drink orders to keeping the front of house clean and tidy, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve food and drinks with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
• Handle payments at the till and ensure correct cash/card transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Respond to customer queries or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Always adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
