About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Quality Administrator to join our Power T&D team in our Derby office. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our training and quality function, supporting essential processes that make a real impact across the business.
To provide high-quality administrative support across training and quality activities, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of processes, systems, and data management.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain NPORS/CPCS delegate card scheme competencies and records in line with company policy, including renewals, extensions, and upgrades
- Analyse and interpret data, producing clear and accurate management reports
- Support the Finance Administrator with monthly charge-out data preparation and validation
- Manage queries and requests via the training ticketing platform, ensuring timely responses
- Process NVQ registrations and submit completed claims to the relevant Awarding Organisation
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business and wider administrative teams
- Provide support during external quality assurance visits and audits
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Deliver a range of general administrative activities to support the wider function
- Support the delivery of OneFile (e-portfolio) training to users
- Carry out CITB levy data cleansing activities on a bi-annual basis
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Quality Lead
Who we're looking for
Essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in a busy administrative or office environment
- Strong document control and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
