Governance System Support Specialist Location: Remote with travel to sites and Head Office occasionally as required.

There is now an exciting opportunity for a new role within the Integrated Governance Team at Cora Health, an independent provider of healthcare with decades of experience in providing healthcare services on behalf of the NHS.

About the role

Reporting to the head of integrated the Governance System Support Specialist manages and supports key governance systems (such as Datix, Policystat, and AMS SAR Portal), ensuring high-quality data, accurate reporting, and effective workflows.

You will provide system administration, user support, training, and troubleshooting, while producing reports and analysing data to support decision-making, patient safety, and continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining system functionality, managing access and updates, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in governance systems particularly Datix incident and risk management system, strong data analysis report formulation skills with experience in healthcare/NHS settings, and the ability to train users, manage workloads, and communicate effectively across all levels.
