We are seeking a motivated, compassionate and adaptable

Senior Healthcare Support Workers (Band 3) to join our dedicated team within Ward 7, Dr Gray’s Hospital, Elgin .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 2 or existing Band 3 looking to develop their clinical skills and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Ward 7 is a 25-bed General Medical and Acute Care of the Elderly ward, providing care to patients with a range of complex medical needs.

As a Band 3 HCSW, you will play a key role in supporting registered nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with clinical tasks, and help ensure a safe, efficient and compassionate environment for patients.

Full training and support will be provided to enable you to develop the required skills and competencies for this role.

The successful candidate must be flexible and able to work a variety of 12-hour day and night shifts , including weekends, as this is a 24/7 service.
