We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Signage Artworker to join our growing Design Studio Team.

Working within a leading signage and wayfinding company, you will be responsible for developing high-quality presentation packs, concept designs, and production-ready artwork across a wide range of projects. This role requires a designer who combines strong creative and typographical skills with a practical understanding of signage manufacture, materials, and production processes.

You will play a key role in transforming client briefs into compelling visual solutions, producing professional presentations that clearly communicate design intent while ensuring projects can be delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality presentation packs and client-facing design proposals.
• Develop manifestation graphics, wayfinding schemes and external signage concepts, including totems and large-format sign systems.
• Create detailed visualisations and design layouts that effectively communicate design solutions.
• Prepare accurate artwork and production files for manufacture.
• Work closely with project managers, clients, and production teams throughout the design process.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, technical requirements and project objectives.
• Support the development of innovative signage and wayfinding solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the signage industry
• Proven experience within the signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or large-format print industry.
• Extensive experience producing professional presentation packs to a high standard.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wayfinding, manifestation, and external signage projects.
• Excellent typographical, layout, and graphic design skills.
• Sound knowledge of signage manufacturing methods and materials.
• Good understanding of print production processes and material specifications.
• Ability to create artwork that is both visually effective and technically deliverable.
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Pre-press experience and understanding of print file preparation.
• 3D visualisation and rendering capabilities.
• Experience producing environmental graphic and placemaking schemes.
• Knowledge of large-format printing, fabrication processes, and installation requirements.
