Job Overview

To support the delivery of a high-quality, patient-focused service. The

role involves close collaboration with clinicians, healthcare

professionals, managers, administrative staff- both within the

organisation and externally – as well as with patients and their

families.

Main duties of the job

Responsibilities include handling enquiries and complaints, conducting

patient interviews, and resolving issues effectively. The role is carried

out independently, with the manager available for guidance and

escalation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Education

Essential criteria

  • Administration level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Administration / Emergency Department processes

Desirable criteria

  • Customer Service Training

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage difficult situations under pressure

Desirable criteria

  • Ability to maintain concentration with frequent interruptions from both staff and users of the service
