35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm with a one hour unpaid lunchbreak
40 weeks, term-time only plus a week in school holidays

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Welfare Officer and Student Receptionist to join our administration team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to students’ wellbeing and daily school experience, while working as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality pastoral care and front-of-house support to students, staff, and visitors. If you are passionate about supporting young people and thrive in a collaborative school environment, we would be delighted to hear from you.

About You
The successful candidate will
- Be able to communicate effectively and accurately both orally and in writing to children, parents / carers and other external agencies
- Be welcoming and professional
- Be flexible and hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Be able to follow Trust procedures and use their own initiative as required and be a good team player
- Have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
