Workshop Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of workshop performance, keep trailers on the road, and lead a team that takes real pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing workshop operations, including loading, repair prioritisation, systems, and processes to meet customer and business demands

Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team to maintain safe, efficient, and high-performing workshop practices

Keeping our customers’ fleets road-ready by minimising truck & trailer downtime and identifying the most economical repair solutions

Ensuring all inspections, services, and repairs meet company standards and comply with all EHS and mandatory legislation

Analysing maintenance trends, managing staffing and overtime, and highlighting performance and commercial opportunities to management

What You’ll Bring

Time-served technician background or City & Guilds Level 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent) with solid trailer & truck repair experience

Previous workshop or team management experience (highly advantageous)

Strong organisation, admin, and IT skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

A confident communicator who can challenge, question, and work autonomously

A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work

A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
