Location: Chester le Street Rate: £16.84 per hour Hours: 39 hours per week Start: Immediate

Duration: 3 Weeks

We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.

Duties: Stripping out old bathrooms & Kitchens

Assisting trades on site

Removing and loading waste

Keeping work areas clean and safe

Working across occupied and void properties

Requirements: Valid CSCS card

Manual Handling, Workign at Heights, Asbestos Awareness (Can be done online before start) Full UK Driving Licence (Clean) & Own transport (preferred)

Physically fit and reliable

Experience On Social Housing Or Strip-out Works Preferred

Good attitude and willingness to work

Pay: £16.84 per hour

39 hours per week
