This is not a desk-based advisory role - it's a hands-on operational position where you'll play a visible part in improving safety standards and supporting site workflow continuity.

If you enjoy being out on the floor, influencing teams, and making real improvements, this role offers genuine ownership and impact.

  • Support shipment sign-off where required
  • Provide Shift Supervisor cover when needed
  • Act as Assistant to the Warehouse Manager
  • Help maintain smooth operational continuity across site
  • Work closely with teams to improve efficiency and safety standards

Hands-on and operationally engaged

Comfortable working across safety and warehouse environments

Confident influencing teams positively
