Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client employers to validate job postings meet platform standards and compliance requirements.

• Train and assist internal teams on platform workflows, reducing onboarding time by 20% for new hires.

• Conduct weekly audits of job listings to maintain data integrity and remove inactive or duplicate postings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in technology or HR platforms with contractual oversight.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and AI-driven hiring tools, demonstrated through prior roles.

• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs such as job posting response rates and candidate conversion.

• Ability to train teams on technical workflows, including platform configurations and compliance protocols.
