● Light cleaning and laundry

● Companionship

● Support with admin, emails, and letters

● Grocery shopping

● Transport and trips out

● Preparing meals

● Dog walking

• No personal care involved

● Excellent communicators

● Trustworthy, reliable and punctual

● Confident when dealing with challenging situations

● Flexible and able to show initiative

● Good listeners

● Comfortable using technology

● Happy to assist with leafletting to boost customer demand
