We are seeking an ambitious and driven Lettings Manager to lead our successful Woking Lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to take ownership of a thriving office, develop business opportunities, and inspire a high-performing team.

The Role

As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving new business generation and increasing market share.
• Leading, motivating and developing a successful lettings team.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and professional advice.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
• Maximising revenue and achieving office targets.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience within residential lettings, ideally in an assistant manager or manager position.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Be highly motivated, target-driven and commercially minded.
• Have a strong understanding of the local property market.
• Display exceptional standards of professionalism, service and presentation.
• ARLA qualified
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
