ROLE: Operations Compliance and Safety Manager

HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

LOCATION: Liverpool - Mobile role

We're looking for an Operations Compliance and Safety Manager who will lead on compliance and safety across the estate, supporting operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our client.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and safety across the estate, supporting the Operations Team and Account Director to meet contractual requirements and KPIs
• Collaborate with client, engineering, and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective completion of planned and remedial maintenance through CAFM systems
• Prepare for audits, including RISQ, ensuring all documentation is accurate, while maintaining strong record keeping and reporting standards
• Proactively manage customer relationships, resolving issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring clear communication on asset status and performance
• Promote a strong safety culture by reporting incidents, conducting audits and investigations, and ensuring all colleagues are trained, competent, and compliant

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• Experience within a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment, with a strong understanding of health and safety, including RAMS and Permit to Work systems
• Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems, with strong organisational and time management capability
