More about your role
As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers before, during and after improvement works are carried out in their homes. You will be the key link between customers, site teams and wider stakeholders, ensuring that communication is clear, timely and supportive throughout every stage of the project.
You will manage customer relationships across investment programmes, keeping residents informed about schedules, updates and any changes to planned works. You'll handle queries, feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and fairly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Working closely with delivery teams, you will identify and escalate access issues, customer vulnerabilities and any risks to project delivery. You will also maintain accurate records of all interactions, contribute to performance reporting, and support the continuous improvement of services through customer feedback and satisfaction surveys.
In addition, you will support community engagement activities such as local meetings and events, helping to build trust and strong relationships within the communities we serve.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in a Customer or Resident Liaison role within construction or social housing
- Good understanding of construction activities and how they impact customers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Experience of handling complaints and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
- Full UK driving licence
