Join the vibrant team at Ash Green Community Primary School! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated site maintenance person to provide high-quality, hands-on maintenance and repair across the school sites, ensuring buildings and facilities are safe, functional, clean and well-presented. This role focuses on practical, skilled maintenance work, alongside supporting the day-to-day operational running of the two sites.

You Will Need:

• Strong practical maintenance and repair skills across a range of areas.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements in a working environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and contractors.
• Basic IT skills
• Positive Attitude
